Integrating Digital Techniques and Multidisciplinary Care: A Journey from Single Implant to Full Arch Restoration
Our presentation represents a clinical journey from single-tooth implant rehabilitation to full-arch restoration, emphasizing the integration of digital workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration. Digital diagnostics, guided surgery, and CAD/CAM prosthetics enabled precise planning, efficient execution, and predictable outcomes. Interdisciplinary coordination among surgical, restorative, and laboratory teams optimized decision-making at each treatment stage. The cases illustrate how progressive adoption of digital techniques can elevate implant therapy from isolated interventions to comprehensive full-arch solutions, improving accuracy, patient experience, and long-term function. This approach highlights a modern, streamlined pathway for complex restorative rehabilitation.

Laurence Adriaens behaalde haar tandartsdiploma aan de Universiteit Gent (België) en voltooide de Master of Advanced Studies in Parodontologie aan de Universiteit van Bern (Zwitserland). Zij is erkend specialist in de parodontologie door de European Federation of Periodontology (EFP).
Sinds 2008 is zij ITI Fellow en sinds 2009 ITI Study Club Director in Palma de Mallorca. Van 2022 tot 2024 was zij lid van het bestuur van ITI Iberia als Communication Officer, en sinds 2025 vervult zij de functie van Education Delegate binnen hetzelfde bestuur.
Laurence Adriaens heeft gepubliceerd in nationale en internationale tandheelkundige tijdschriften en verzorgde mondelinge en posterpresentaties op nationale en internationale congressen. Daarnaast is zij co-directeur van het officiële tijdschrift van SEPA (Sociedad Española de Periodoncia y Osteointegración), dat drie keer per jaar verschijnt. Sinds 2016 is zij tevens medeoprichter van de WIN Group (Women Implantology Network).
Zij is eigenaar van een privépraktijk in Palma de Mallorca, waar zij werkzaam is als specialist in parodontologie en implantologie.
Fernando Franch behaalde zijn Bachelor in Tandheelkunde aan de Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in 2002. In 2004 voltooide hij het Diploma in Parodontologie aan de Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Van 2004 tot 2007 volgde hij de Master in Parodontologie en Implantologie aan het Eastman Dental Institute (University College London).
In 2007 werd hij erkend als geaccrediteerd specialist in de parodontologie door de European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) en behaalde hij het European Board of Periodontology. Datzelfde jaar rondde hij het Diploma de Estudios Avanzados af aan de Universidad Complutense de Madrid en was hij Honorary Clinical Researcher aan de afdeling Parodontologie van het Eastman Dental Institute in Londen.
Fernando Franch was docent aan de afdeling Parodontologie van de Universidad de Santiago de Compostela en de Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Hij is ITI Fellow (International Team for Implantology) en volwaardig lid (Socio Titular Especialista) van de Sociedad Española de Periodoncia y Osteointegración (SEPA).
Hij heeft nationaal en internationaal gepubliceerd en gepresenteerd en was spreker op meer dan 50 cursussen en congressen in binnen- en buitenland. Momenteel heeft hij een verwijspraktijk voor parodontologie en implantologie in Palma de Mallorca.
